I would like to voice my disappointment in your office for the service today. I have to come in once a year for the same tests. It would appear that the doctor decided to take today (maybe this week) off and planned it at the beginning of the month. So today, only a portion of my tests were done, requiring me to return another day. A simple phone call and a reschedule earlier this month would have saved both time and money on my part. I have been seeing Dr. Addiego for a year and he is always a pleasure to see. His team is the best!
I have been seeing Dr. Addiego for many years now. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind and reassuring. The office staff is very nice as well.
We have been seeing Dr. Rhem for the past 5 years, since we moved to the area. My husband and I had both been treated for cataracts on the west side of the state. Dr Rhem sees both of us annually to check our eyes to make sure there is no problems. My eyes also get checked for glaucoma since I have some early signs that could lead to full blown glaucoma, so far there has been no change.
Dr. Simpson and the staff are very pleasant. Dr. Simpson takes time to explain the procedures to you and makes sure all of your questions are answered.
I have had EXCELLENT eye care through Dr. Sensoli and his office personnel. I found him, and his staff, to be very professional, patient, and understanding. He took time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Sensoli.
