Have an 8:00 appt and don’t get in till 10:00 that’s just sick!! Piss poor management!!

Would rather drive out of town! Every visit is at least 2 hours. we were here today for just a yearly follow up, with other appointments to do today, and we are told it will be over 2 hours, can we call and reschedule our other appointment! Seriously?!?

Prepare to wait an hour and a half or more to even see the Dr. I had a referal for a specific eye condition, yet had to go through all the eye checking rigamarole "irregardless" - That is the word the Dr. used to explain what they had to do for insurance purposes. Wasn't a complete waste of time as I finally got a diagnoses, but I would not recommend and hope I never have to go back there.
I am very sorry I went here.
