STAY AWAY — If I Could Give Negative Stars, I Would In all my years, I have never experienced a more disorganized medical office. There were eight people in line just to check in, both waiting rooms were completely packed, and somehow I ended up spending three hours dealing with one issue after another. I am not one to write reviews, especially negative ones, but after my experience last week, I feel this needs to be shared. My son has been a patient at this office since he was 9 months old, so it is extremely disappointing to see how much the level of service has declined over the years. My son had an 8:30 a.m. appointment last week. We arrived for his scheduled appointment, only to sit in the waiting room while the staff conducted an office meeting. Had an appt scheduled for my 15 year old. First time at this office. They had 2 waiting rooms that were packed and unable to tell me when his appt would actually start. I walked out. Heard an elderly lady complaining that last time she was there for 5 hours.

Extremely low quality practice. There are SOME good individuals within the practice but that's it. It's trash. You wait for hours, can't get them on the phone, can't get your information, nothing. It's a complete waste of time AND energy AND resources.
