What a bad experience! We arrived 15 minutes before appointment. It was extremely crowded. The line went into another room. They told me on the phone that they cannot hold up my appointment time. Then they said well whoever booked my appointment should have told me that its at least 3 hours. In the next sentence after my question the lady said whoever booked my appointment (now it gets funny) should have told me that its would take at least 4 hours. Well what is it now? 3 or 4. 4 hour wait with my daughter to be seen for only 7 minutes. Waste of time.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your medical office on July 10th 2025. My appointment was scheduled for 1:40 PM, and despite confirming insurance coverage the day prior, I waited until 5:00 PM before being informed that the services I required were not covered under my plan. If you want to come, stay more than 4 hours so they can serve you and talk to you and treat you as if you were asking. Come to this place. It's the worst in all of Florida. I don't think you should waste your time in a place like this.
