I am thankful they take my special needs sons insurance BUT you have to wait at least 2 hours (past your appointment time) to be seen. Sometimes it can take 3+ hrs to be seen. SO BRING SNACKS AND SOMETHING TO DRINK!! Today we came for a quick check up for my sons bc last week we came and he had a virus in his eye (for that appointment it took at least 2 hrs to be seen. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism at this ophthalmology office. My 80-year-old father was scheduled for an appointment, and we drove over an hour to get there, only to be told that they did not have authorization from his insurance. This is something that should have been verified before confirming the appointment, especially considering his age and the distance we travel. If I wrote the true details of how bad this doctor and his staff truly are, you wouldn’t believe me. Suffice it to say, there’s no worse doctor or staff than this group. ZERO stars
No one answer phone calls here I have to take the time out to go into the office to schedule an appointment
