This has got to be the worst doctors office in the world- my appt was at 1:40pm I didn’t even get called to the back till 3:45 and they close at 4pm- I would’ve been better off going somewhere else and paying out of pocket- this office is not worth it. The Worst Medical Office Experience I Have Ever Had — Avoid This Practice This was, without question, the most unpleasant and poorly managed medical office I have ever experienced. The level of disorganization, disregard for patients’ time, and lack of basic customer service was absolutely appalling. I am so mad and disappointed. I drove all the way from PSL, over an hour for my appointment and sat an hour and a half before I was told that the person doing my eye test was not in today and was helping out a doctor in wpb. No one called me to tell me not to come, no one bothered to tell me my appointment had been rescheduled and allowed me to sit and wait over an hour in the crowded waiting room. I have been trying to get ahold of this location for 2 and 1/2 Weeks. Nobody answers the phone, nobody returns any voicemails. This place does not care about their patients it is absolutely ridiculous I do not recommend this place unless you want the headache.
