I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism at this ophthalmology office. My 80-year-old father was scheduled for an appointment, and we drove over an hour to get there, only to be told that they did not have authorization from his insurance. This is something that should have been verified before confirming the appointment, especially considering his age and the distance we travel. If I wrote the true details of how bad this doctor and his staff truly are, you wouldn’t believe me. Suffice it to say, there’s no worse doctor or staff than this group. ZERO stars

Hello my son is patient of this clinic and our experience with Dr Simons and the glasses team has been really good very conmitted caring and profesional. However my experience with the front office department has been truly desapointing. On December 11 there was an issue with my son's inssurance and we had to pay a pending ammount.
