Avoid this place at all costs. I gave it a try after reading the bad reviews, but everything was true and worse. The wait in a dirty crowded room was 5 hours and then the doctor came and from far away told me in 2 minutes that he could not tell me if my daughter was better from the swollen nerves. So, what was all the tests she took there were for? Awfull experience and now they sent me a high bill with no insurance payment when they confirmed they took my insurance. Run away from here.
Closes 15 minutes early.. came back the next day but earlier and still closed during posted business hours.. waste of time and everything else
Waited over 2.5 hours and still not did see the doctor so we walked out. Not once did the office or staff inform me that the appointment would take 2-3 hours. At the rate we were going it would have been over 3.5 hours which I have never in my life been to a doctor and been in the office for 3.5 hours. It does not make sense to schedule people and make them wait hours in the waiting room before they even see a doctor. Such a waste of time! The office is also very dirty.
I had a very disappointing experience at this eye doctor’s office. The wait times were ridiculous, even with an appointment scheduled. Patients were being seen far past their appointment times, and it felt extremely overbooked. On top of that, there wasn’t even enough seating for all the patients waiting. Overall, the office seemed disorganized and did not value patients’ time. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful and efficient care.
El doctor es muy bueno lo único. pero de resto si tu cita es a las 8:45 necesitas de 2 a 3 horas de disponibilidad para esperar y para decirte que la orden no sirve 1 hora mínimo y llega gente y pasan primero así lleves horas esperando y a donde pregunté la gente la aptitud es que van para otras cosas.
