They are NO LONGER A QUEST DIAGNOSTIC LAB as of June 2021. They reported Quest was not paying them. In the past, their phlebotomists were very friendly and professional.

The level of customer service and contact with this lab is horrendous!! They will sell you the Brooklyn Bridge to get you onboard and then find every reason not to pay or report. They really had me fooled with their talk of honesty and transparency. The truth and facts are that they have no method of reporting, they reference out 100% of their samples and their accounting staff, management and technical staff and billing company is amateur at best. They don't return phone calls and my advice is to stay clear of this lab.
