Sean and the team made an otherwise terrible sewer line replacement into a positive experience. He thought of a way to avoid digging up the line under the front porch, saving thousands of repair dollars and an eyesore. They paid meticulous attention to pitching the new line properly and using high quality materials so that we don’t have to repeat this repair again, and went the extra mile in every way.

I rarely write reviews. However, the service and care provided by Sean and his team at Specialty Plumbing & Drain was so awesome that I had to do so. Last December, on a very cold Sunday night, our main line sprung a leak. It was so cold that water was freezing on everything outside. I had received a rec from a family member after having roto rooter came out on damage we were getting in our master bathroom. turns out I did the right thing in trusting my gut cause all they were going to do would've been the wrong repair! Sean is her contact and he came out and was straight forward and even showed everything that needed to be done and gave out info to start the process including water restoration and reconstruction.
