Sean came by to look at my sewer problem. He was impressive because of his knowledge and expertise. More impressively was his honest opinion about how I should consider a specialty option that might make more sense that he didn't provide. Rather than try to get business, he honestly gave me other options. I have a lot of respect for a business that does this.
