Nobody ever answers the phone here, like ever! I've been calling for 3 weeks to schedule an appointment but no one answers so I leave messages but never get a call back either. When I finally got through to someone they told me the case was discharged. When I asked what that means he told me all appointments were completed and so the patient was discharged. Mind you we NEVER got ahold of anyone to even make 1 appointment so how was the discharge even possible??
Just wanted to leave a quick review about one of my favorite people who helped me through my recovery! Joee, not only cared and pushed and showed me better options. She also continues to check on me after everything!! Shes shown me recovery is a life long thing, but it's better to have the right support. And SHE is the right support!
Love this place a lot of really great councilors. They have helped me through a lot my whole family goes here. My case manager is amazing and she know her stuff. She has helped me with so much in the past few years. Thank you Faith you’re amazing. Love the DBT group so much. I have gained a lot of me back. Love love love specialty counseling. They have always taken good care of my family
Specialty counseling cares about there clients. I have a wonderful therapist and a great case worker. Definitely recommend. Also they take Medicaid!
