Every time I've gone to Sutter, they've taken good care of me,
On June 20, 2026 I had myself transported by ambulance to the Emergency Room. My Id card and medical card was asked 2 hours later. There were technical issues with the heart monitor cables Zach was an intern who assisted the other RN Ro'ayn different cables were brought in. So the following personell Broneka,Zach,Ro'ayn, and Trina did really well. Melody the lab tech did well. had worst ever birth experience at this hospital recently.we had to choose this hopsital since it was near by but now we regret after going through a big trauma for 2 weeks and putting our babay at risk. Especially Dr Meta who is the obgyn then was the worst doctor ever. She doesnt listen to patient and she experiments and she postponed our C section because of her personal appointment. Hospital ward is too old and feels dark and np hard water working and atmosphere is not pleasant. would never ever go to this hospital again
Almost going for 12 hours in ER, doctor nowhere to be found. Nurses have no clue of what is happening. It is just hectic and you don’t get an answer for anything.
