I had a great experience when I went into the ER for an infection. Of course the wait time is as expected in an emergency room but my nurse Angle was so sweet he lived up to his name. Thank you so much for helping me, I truly appreciated your patience!

This was one of the worst medical experiences I’ve ever had. The doctor was rude, dismissive, and made me feel humiliated. When I was seeking help, I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. The doctor’s attitude and comments made me feel embarrassed in front of other people instead of supported. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, kindness, and professionalism, especially when they are scared or vulnerable. I hope this clinic takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the way patients are treated.
