I had such a positive experience at this hospital and truly can’t thank the staff enough. From the moment we arrived, everyone was kind, attentive, and professional. I would like to start of by saying this ER has been my go to hospital always. Today my whole view has changed.. I went in for my ingrown nail (they have helped me with this recently inJanuary before first and foremost that doctor and nurse were great and helpful unlike today’s nurses) I arrived close to 5pm I waited 5 hrs they took my vitals 3 times, when asked the nurse if there was a wait time she said no I informed her the nurse before her said the wait was 6 hrs that same nurse proceeds to tell me it goes based of severi... read more
Forgot to mention i. Previous review, we waited 5 hrs in the waiting room! The more I read the bad reviews I see Sutter doesn’t care they respond with lip service and only attempt damage control. Don’t believe it!! Run don’t walk to any other hospital.
I was hungry and asked for a turkey sandwich they normally give us food while waiting but she said are you homeless in my opinion that was very unprofessional
The wait times in the waiting room of the ED were extremely long due to the process not being streamlined. Also, the close quarters in the waiting room when it’s busy increases the risk of disease transmission, and masks are not enforced for those experience symptoms of illness. I wanted to leave some suggestions for improvement that may help with getting patients seen faster.
