I was transferred here from Los Banos. No real problem with the doctor that treated me for kidney infection but the staff is overstaffed when you don't want them and when you need them they're understaffed nowhere to be found. Just seems like they load you up with a bunch of meds for every little thing to overcharge your bill. I've never had a problem with high blood pressure until I got here and all of a sudden I have to take some for high blood pressure, something for diabetes and something for this that and the other. I was transferred here for surgery and Pam in surgical area was so nice and kind and understanding as I was quite nervous and scared. She helped me before and after surgery and I had zero pain management issues. Everyone went out of their way to help me to not be afraid. Dr. Wang is an awesome urologist, he was both patient and kind. All the nurses in my room were sweet and helpful. Thank you to everyone.
I had a great experience when I went into the ER for an infection. Of course the wait time is as expected in an emergency room but my nurse Angle was so sweet he lived up to his name. Thank you so much for helping me, I truly appreciated your patience!
