Nice place and nice staff. Little hard to find but the man at the front desk helped me with directions over the phone. Good place for a DOT physical as they are cheaper than most places. Would recommend for truck drivers needing to renew their med cards.
Rudest guy at the front desk, to busy watching tv to do his job walked in asked what I was there for then told me sit down 20 mins later called me up to hand me a clip board and fill out paperwork, I did not give my phone number for privacy place looks like a ban inside and that my number would definitely be sold. It was a company physical that I was not paying for and do not get the results no reason to have my phone number the guy insisted he needed it for a physical and when I asked why he chunked the paperwork back and s... read more
