At Dr. Eubanks Office I was taken care of by the PA Catherine, she did everything that she could for me to have successful outcome of my total knee replacement before surgery and after, it wasn't smooth sailing, I had issues at the hospital and breakthrough pain even after discharge but as soon as I communicate with Catherine, she listen and help me, she made my procedure more smoothly then I thought it would because I deal with PTSD and she was very empathetic and reassured me so I could feel safe. I really appreciated doctor Eubank and how attentive he was . I've been seeing doctors for 8 months now and during that time I was extremely frustrated and tired of being in pain feeling like no one sincerely cared or listened. Madison Flores is absolutely the BEST!! I would give her 10 stars, if I could. She is always so compassionate, listens to your issues, tries to find solutions, and quickly refers you IF she needs to! I highly recommend her!
Dr. Slater is very knowledgeable about the origins of many medical conditions and has a great bed side manner. I feel comfortable discussing personal medical information with him to understand how important it is to take care of yourself by having check ups and labvwork done. We put our lives and trust into drs hands and I highly recommend him.
This experience received was better knowing now what I am to expect in the next coming appointments and going forward I have a little less amount of stressing over what is going so wrong inside my body that is making it react the way it has been for the past 2 going 3 months. Dr. AMIR MALIK and his team eased alot of the thoughts of what it could be, as well as reassured me that it can be fixed.
