Held on the phone for over twenty five minutes for information about a referral that was sent over from Specialty Care clinic incomplete. To me this is sign of a group of lazy staff.
Everybody at the special care clinic was very nice and polite. In the front desk, clerks were very kind in the doctor I seen jeanette Rackham she's a great doctor and listens to your concerns. Very well.
