It was a very positive experience
We arrived early as requested but waited for over an hour in the waiting room to be called back. I understand things happen and the office gets backed up but this was a lot to ask for considering the patient is five.
Not very helpful. But that's okay. Maybe she had a bad morning I may pursue later.
