The Ladies always make you feel welcome when you come in and I never wait more than 10 min at the most in the waiting room.

I went in for a knee replacement. Each and every person working at the hospital was kind and helpful.. Timely was also in the cards. No waiting endlessly. The most remarkable part was not once, was I ever left alone. I had a nurse by my side from entry to exit. Not just with me but helping, explaining and giving me the best care ever. Dr. Krpan spent the extra time explaining my injury, and providing a variety of treatment options. He clarified my needs and addressed my concerns. I greatly appreciate his detailed explanations in terms I could understand. The rest of the staff were friendly and very helpful.
