Well last Monday the 6th I called and changed my appointment from Tuesday at 2:30 with Natalie to 3:30 with Samuel Muralla at least that's what Rhonda in scheduling told me but she never changed it and when office personel found out that the appointment was never changed Gabby charged me with a (NoShow) for missing my appointment then when I called Rhonda she tried to tell me that she told me about the new appointment On Monday when Gabby was the one that changed my appointment. Dr. Murala is a kind and caring special physician in Corning and Paradise California. He listens to his patients and adjusts his treatment to what they need. I would recommend him to any patient.
We drive down from Redding to see Dr Bashir for urology. Dr Bashir is always extremely kind, thorough, professional and knowledgeable. He's old school and just gets it done.. The staff always has a smile in their faces and recognizes us as we walknin the door. Much appreciated
