Dr Carter is currently under investigation with the board of psychology. Jim promised and reassured me he was committed to working with me long term (as in years) and said he would be there for me, but a month later abruptly terminated my treatment with no prior warning leaving me in a very difficult and unsafe situation that I would not wish upon anyone (which is why I decided to write this review).
