Jon explained all the maintenance that he had done to the car. He answered all questions and made me aware of the sales process. This was definitely a professional transaction and I highly recommend him. I know a couple of larger dealerships that could learn from him.
My experience with specialty auto works lived up to the name. Jon met me at his dealership on a Saturday when it worked best for me, and even was polite/ took his time to answer any questions I had about the vehicle even when I was late. He sold me a 2001 Toyota Camry, and to be quite honest I have not seen a cleaner car from 2001. He took his time detailing, cleaning, and being honest about the work that has been done/ not up-selling anything that might not have been done.
