Recently purchased a Proform alternator from a 3rd party seller. Had some issues with the part and the 3rd party seller was absolutely no help. When I was able to contact Specialty Parts directly, they had the issue sorted out and fully addressed in minutes. Literally, minutes. I see now that others have commented on their customer service and I cannot do anything but add to that and praise them for being absolutely outstanding in that. Thank you so much!
