We had a really great experience working with Josh. We first visited the store back in November 2025 just to start exploring options. Our current washer and dryer were still working fine, so we were not in a rush and just wanted to learn and eventually upgrade. We needed to replace our gas cooktop. We initially shopped at a different appliance supplier who sold us a very expensive cooktop that would have required a $75 review of our original conditions, cutting our quartz countertop ($575) to fit the new cooktop, and over a month to wait for any service appointment. Terrible customer service, been given the run around, not fixing the problem, blaming the issue on everyone else, not taking ownership for the products they sell and install.
We had a nice experience at specialty appliance today. Jodi was Great to work with and was very helpful in our purchase of a new oven.
