We've had really good experiences with Specialty Appliance. Today was our third order/installation from them, and everything went great. Michael L in the showroom has always been really helpful throughout our purchases, answering all of my many questions via email. This company is top notch. Perfect combination of being a local company that is organized and competent. I worked with Jodi for a new laundry machine and she was a great communicator and pleasant to work with-got back to me fast and install was scheduled ahead of expectation. Install guys were fast, professional and did a great job. Will use this company again.
