Billing is an absolute nightmare. They couldn't submit their info to my insurance correctly - this went on for months. Once they did, and my insurance covered it, the bills kept coming. The bill is completely paid but they keep sending them, despite my repeated attempts to contact them. I'm now getting collections notices when my insurance clearly shows its been paid.
BEWARE OF BILLING HEADACHE: My husband went to this practice back in 2020. He had an injection August of 2020, and this provider did not bill the anesthesia services correctly. Instead of correcting the bill, they billed my husband a self pay amount because my carrier denied due to the incorrect billing. I proceeded to tell the provider to correct their bill with Aetna, and they ended up receiving an overpayment from my carrier.
