poor customer service - called spoke to ray on 12/11/2024 to get an estimate Adrian who does the estimates was on "lunch" between 12-2 and 1-3 called the next morning (today) same thing, Adrian was able to get on the phone this time, he would get my estimate out within the hour, (9am) called again at 12 again at 2:30pm-2:40pm Adrian is on lunch again something about a late lunch, it takes literally 2 minutes to provide an estimate on a system at any other parts house. terrible service. poor business tactics..
