This client signed two contracts, one refundable, one nonrefundable. The refundable one was for a silk bouquet for which I made two bouquets since she couldn't make up her mind. When she said she was unhappy with the second one, I refunded her money in total. The nonrefundable contract was for vow renewal florals. The client, at two weeks before the the event, told me she no longer wanted our services and, terminated our relationship.
