Always late on things. Plan on at least a good hour to hour an a half waiting.. I have never had an appointment that was on the scheduled time. Todays experience is classic.. 3pm appointment over half hour late and now it's been 2+ hours sitting. This is BS.. The Place Needs to get it's act together....
