Went there a few times to decide which bike would be best suited for me...the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable..I ordered and enduro and received it yesterday, they did the suspension SAG, the mechanics answered my questions to modify the bike...just a good overall experience! Definitely worth the drive from North Van! Edit December 2023 : I went back to shop today and it is closed!!! Are you guys gonna reooen in spring 2024??? When I bought my enduro I got a voucher for 600 dollars in the shop...How can I use it now... read more
Complete garbage. Indefinitely closed. Spend $19 thousand, get zero customer service. Not recommended
One of the best overall experiences I've had with a bike store. I've rented bikes from Specialized Squamish on various occasions and have always received exceptional service. The staff are very accommodating allowing me to swap out my rental for a different frame size, test out different bikes, and tuning the bikes perfectly to our preference. We rented a Levo and SL here for 6 days. You'd think spending close to a $1000 a bike on a rental, you would get someone to somewhat get the suspension dialed in on the bikes, but no. Nothing. Rear shocks were pumped up to over 220psi when the riders were 120 and 170lbs. Forks were similar. Rebound, hsr and lsr the same. Come on Specialized, put a little effort into you customers.
