The sales consultant called 30 mins after the agreed time, then mumbled on the phone the entire call. The consultant laziliy asked me questions as if I were an expert, like what rebates I was entitled to, something which I would expect you to explain to me. Then argued with me about the trees in the front of my property and spoke to me arrogantly as if I were a complete fool. Clearly this company is not interested in doing business with you. I had Solar installed last year, My Representative was Murray who Came out for a site visit he was very informative & answered all my questions & concerns. The Solar installers were very considerate as i run a home business & they cleaned up after themselves. The Girls in the office although i haven't met are very easy to deal with and made the paperwork process very easy and relaxed they call with updates and provide all relevant documents to my electricity company so i wasn't stressed & wasn't left in the dark!
