I can’t say enough about this company. From management to the aides, everyone is wonderful to work with. The aides are so patient and caring. We made a very good decision by choosing Specialized Senior Care for my mom. The management staff is knowledgeable and understands complex medical needs.
Excellent communication between client and management. Amanda’s leadership made our experience extremely comfortable. She personally answered every phone call and responded to our requests with compassion and kindness. The home aids demonstrated respect and were very cooperative. The Family Room was very helpful showing the calendar and daily logs. The comments were helpful to family who could not be present each day. Highly recommend Senior Care for family members who are homebound.
