Specialized Property Management Inc. does not even pay the people they employ. They have been a huge disappointment. The company has gone downhill under its current leadership, with decisions being made remotely, far removed from the properties and their actual needs. Communication is poor, accountability is nonexistent. They do not abide by the law and currently have several violations with the Colorado Labor Board, which speaks volumes about their unethical practices. They never answer the phone and never call you back, so I began emailing and it has now been 5 times without a response.
Very unorganized and Inept team. THEY NEVER ANSWER PHONES! They're good at taking your money though
SPM had been our community's property management company for a number of years. My personal experience with their team was sub par. They rarely returned calls, and on the few occasions when they did return the calls, it took an extended period of time. They were responsible for managing security gate access codes and their performance was abysmal. We were given incorrect codes and it took 11 emails and 6+ phone calls to get progress.
