David was very helpful in not only resolving a billing issue i had but also did it with care, empathy and speed. He guided me through the ach process so that I can avoid any future billing issues. I appreciate the time and attention he gave to me. Thank you David for your support.
David was very helpful. He recognized my issue and resolved it. I didn’t receive a mailing that he said was sent to me through the mail or email. But, he took any late fees off for me that accrued due to this issue.
My Board and I really, really tried to make our relationship with SPM-Parker work for our large (682 homes) HOA. At the end of the day it was about communication, billing, payroll and lack of follow up. The complaints came from Board Members, Vendors, but the last straw was our homeowners were not getting responses. They had team members (David G.) who stepped up to own a problem or answer questions that weren't his to solve. David was very helpful today is straightening out billing issues with the HOA assessment. He was patient in explaining the billing and portal access questions as well.
