I'm a resident of a neighborhood that hired SPM Parker as their management company. Either they're a low-cost option or are naturally bad at what they do. Their indifference to any duties makes them the worst management company I've ever seen. They get an "F" from me and I wouldn't recommend them to any HOA.
Specialized Property Management Inc. does not even pay the people they employ. They have been a huge disappointment. The company has gone downhill under its current leadership, with decisions being made remotely, far removed from the properties and their actual needs. Communication is poor, accountability is nonexistent. They do not abide by the law and currently have several violations with the Colorado Labor Board, which speaks volumes about their unethical practices.
