I have nothing but great things to say about everyone here! From the front desk back! My son had a severe concussion, he was unable to walk and they got him going and better again and I will never in a million years be able to thank everyone who worked with him, not only that but they always made sure I was okay while going through this with my son! I will recommend them to anyone and everyone!
Grady was great and my PT goals were met. However, my final appointment was not so great. I consider that appointment to be the most important one, but I was met by another therapist that I didn't know. He said Grady was busy with another patient, and that I had to see him instead. I protested, but was not given any options and felt coerced into seeing him. I thought his was very disrespectful and felt short-changed. They have only male PT's and it feels like a "men's club. Shoulders are one of the most complicated parts of the body and it’s important that your physical therapist knows how to work with the numerous injuries that can happen. Shawn Higbee and Aaron Spurlock have done an excellent job getting me out of pain and back into life. Highly recommend!
The staff are friendly and helpful and the PT's are extremely good. I have had nothing but great outcomes with them and highly recommend them.
