i guess INOVA partner with them. doctor told me my braces would not cost but i receive bill for 100. much cheaper to just buy on amazon and they work just the same!

Was seen today at Specialized Orthopaedic Services to be fitted for a hip brace. So impressed and happy with my experience. Every one I encountered was caring, professional and thorough. At no point during my visit did I feel rushed. I'd like to thank the Receptionist (I'm sorry I didn't note down your name) and Jay, who fitted my brace. Jay, thank you for letting me practice getting into the brace and all the teaching you did was appreciated. I feel so much more confident now and more prepared for my upcoming surgery!

All staff and Dr.was super nice and personable. They new what they were talking about and didn't talk all medical jargon. If you know, you know.

We picked up the brace directly at the doctor’s office, assuming it was handled within the provider’s network. Later we were billed over $400 because an out-of-network DME supplier was used. That was never clearly explained at the time of service. The DME (SOSortho) initially offered a 20% discount and later reversed that offer. The lack of transparency and inconsistent communication make this billing practice difficult to trust.
