Gotta tell ya, when Cindy stopped by after a hailstorm and offered to fix my car without a dime out of my pocket (plus cover my rental and detail the interior) - it sounded way too good to be true. How glad I am that I’ve made an exception and took a chance with Metalwork: this crew is legit!! Not only that they’ve done what they promised and done it perfectly well - they have also been extremely polite, informative and helpful along the process, and done the job in record time! We worked with Cindy and she was fantastic. They worked with our insurance, covered the price of the rental and we had zero out of pocket costs. They kept us updated throughout the whole process. They went above and beyond and exceptional customer service. They came all the way to Clinton to pick up our car, brought it back quickly and just took our second vehicle to be repaired.
