Engaged with specialized Mechanical back in 2016/2017 for a large property renovation and ran into many hiccups along the way. Had to call them back 7 years later as something broke and it was still under warranty. Unfortunately, it took numerous calls and being told the part was on backorder. Ultimately, I called the manufacturer directly to learn the part was readily available and we had it within 5 days.
