Avery and Adrian were fantastic! Great attitudes and strong advocates to help me get the issues resolved with my bike! I would absolutely recommend the shop to friends
Terrence was awesome to work with. He helped me get into the right pair of shoes, special ordered my size, and even remembered me when I came back to pick them up a couple months later, which was super cool. He also took the time to measure my arches with the Retül pad and walk me through insole options without any pressure. Great vibe in the store and really solid customer service.
