My experience with them has been great. Bought my road bike from them and when I broke a bolt they were able to give me options and were very communicative with what needs to be done. They are able to explain and answer questions I have. Service is excellent and with fast turnaround.

Took my bicycle in to diagnose a clicking noise under load. They tried multiple approaches: bottom bracket, crank arms, rear derailleur, etc. And finally located the problem to the chain. The noise was gone after replacing the chain. Very happy with their expertise and communication.
