Specialized takes great care of their customers! Fantastic shop here. I own several specialized bikes, and every time I came in here whether it was to buy something or for repairs I got the best service possible. Adrian is great and knows his stuff!
I had a disappointing experience due to the unfriendly service. The staff required both a credit card and a driver’s license just to test ride a bike. Even when test driving a car, a credit card is typically not required, so this policy seemed unreasonable and off-putting.
What an excellent experience! Let me tell you how amazing the team there is and how helpful they were processing a difficult warranty claim for me. Terrence was composed and spot on through the whole process while Sean and I discussed a multitude of things while waiting. The shop was clean and well kept and even had a great friendly shop Doggo! Please do yourself a favor and do business with these folks, I know I will if the chance permits!
My wife and I both have Levos and are very happy with the friendliness and service we've received at this store. Big thanks to Avery, Terrence, Shawn, Adrian and the rest of the crew for all your help and support!
