I am extremely dissatisfied with the evaporative cooling system installed by this company, as it is not functioning at all. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I encountered an unhelpful and unprofessional response when I contacted their office. The receptionist was remarkably rude, offering no apology or empathy for the situation. We called Specialized Heating and Cooling to replace our old Evaporative Cooling System. They were absolutely amazing. Jai and the team were such a pleasure to deal with, which is a refreshing change. After being quoted $9000 + for a new evaporative cooling system by one unscrupulous company, it was so great to come across a company the was so genuine and not out to rip you off. We asked Specialized (Hoppers Crossing) the replace our old gas ducted heating with a ducted split system. Bill and Julie looked after us and their installers were proffesional, very accomodating and simply BRILLIANT. Thank team - much appreciated.

These guys were really helpful and by far the best value installing evaporative into our new home, and now 7 years later still offering great support and service options.
