The personnel always work efficiently and cooperatively with each other and for each of us. The facilities are meticulously maintained and comfortable. Had my annual cleaning at Specialized Dentistry today. Dr. Baranovsky and her staff were amazing. They answered all of my questions and provided recommendations for brushing my teeth to minimize tartar buildup. This is the office to schedule cleaning and have any other dental concerns addressed.

Dr. B and her team are amazing! I needed to replace my bridge of my four front teeth and go down the implant route. The results are amazing! They do not look Hollywood fake and Dr. B made sure that I was consulted every step of the way. She clearly understands the functioning of front teeth in a way none of my other previous dentists did, some of whom installed bridges, and I have every confidence that the work of Dr. B and her team will last a long time. Couldn’t be happier!!

With the condition of my teeth, I was very anxious about this visit. Everyone made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The office is clean and beautiful, and the TV's playing really helped (mine was the dogs). I really appreciated the honesty, I wish some of my previous dentist had been as honest (not including the Ilion office that referred me they were great). I wish I had been referred 5 years ago. I look forward to working with Dr. Baranovsky and the team!

Dr. Baranavsky did an incredible job replacing two old crowns. She explained ahead of time what was to be done and meticulously prepared and completed the work with no after-effects…just a little soreness which was to be expected. Highly recommend her for any dental work.
