Called today to ask a couple of simple questions about a building they manage for a buyer. The lady told me to send over a condo questionnaire, so I informed her this is a cash buyer and I only have 2 questions and to please help. She said " I will only answer your questions if I'm compensated for it". She said it in a rude and unprofessional tone and really caught me off guard. Needless to say my client will NOT be buying in this building after I told them about my experience.
