This is the second time we have used Specialized Cleaning Services to clean our vents and dryer vent. Both times they were kind, efficient and did a great job. Given both times were due to buying the home and wanting a clean start, they truly outdid themselves ensuring the vents were thoroughly cleaned and making sure all the debris was removed. Wouldn't use them again. Came recommended but the guy that showed up was evasive didn't want to talk, actively ignored my attempt to talk to him . wouldn't tell me anything about the equipment he was going to use except that it was "direct drive" which I believe means nothing. The only evidence that I can see that he did anything was a tape Surrounded metal plate on the furnace intakes. I had to trust him because of other commitments but the company came recommended.
