This is the second time we have used Specialized Cleaning Services to clean our vents and dryer vent. Both times they were kind, efficient and did a great job. Given both times were due to buying the home and wanting a clean start, they truly outdid themselves ensuring the vents were thoroughly cleaned and making sure all the debris was removed. Highly recommend them for vent cleaning, especially on a new home - after seeing what came out I will never not have a new home cleaned before moving in and I will continue to do so ... read more

Wouldn't use them again. Came recommended but the guy that showed up was evasive didn't want to talk, actively ignored my attempt to talk to him . wouldn't tell me anything about the equipment he was going to use except that it was "direct drive" which I believe means nothing. The only evidence that I can see that he did anything was a tape Surrounded metal plate on the furnace intakes. I had to trust him because of other commitments but the company came recommended. Just used this company and we were VERY pleased. Professional, courteous, reasonably priced, and very thorough (he did all 20 of our vents and the dryer vent). He confirmed this had not been done since the house was built 19 years ago (I had this fear of a dryer fire). Wanted to give credit to this hard-working, self-employed, young man who has started his own business despite many obstacles. We try to support small, local, businesses. You will not regret using this company!
