worst hospital I've ever been to. I arrived at the ER at approximately 8pm, severe pain from back surgey, i was in the waiting room until 11:03pm, Dr came in at 1:30am did NOT discuss the reason I was there just asked about a previous surgery. Took a covid test (negative) and meds that I'm already taking. 2:15 my daughter called, my guess is she upset the nurse (Nicole). My father had a very sudden health crisis while we were on a roadtrip. We went to the ER here and I was very nervous since we're used to UW Medicine at home. Once my dad was admitted I felt very satisfied with the care he received. The nurses are so friendly and willing to answer a lot of questions. He was there for 2 nights and my only real complaint is just a lack of communication amongst staff regarding visitation rules, but after his first night in the staff were familiar with us and made it an easy experience.
Nurses are soo nice & helpful! Billy a RN is super nice & Nick a RN too is super amazing. They really did care but the doctor that came to tell me what was wrong with me was with his arms crossed and like oh u have this.... But with a ehhh attitude like with a who cares ATTITUDE! I have a positive attitude with everyone, but with him he just wanted to go back to his desk! Idk His name is Dr. Rashmikant. Ur attitude hurts.
All the employees are slow on the things they need to do
