A few months ago, I had the privilege of interning alongside Dr Wade and Dr Burdeaux as a vet tech student. After spending three weeks "behind the scenes" of SCAEP, I can honestly say that every single animal received exceptional care and husbandry. Brought my ferret in here trusted these people they told me he had shade on his spine so is probably just a bacterial infection made me take cancer test and everything and they said nope it's just bacterial ferret died three days later then they called the health department on me because he's a ferret and need to test for rabies they have to remove my ferrets head to test thanks to this lady.. First time coming here and had the best experience. Great atmosphere and staff. Dr. Reed was so helpful and kind to my ball python. Definitely will be coming back if I ever need anything for my babies!
Very professional and knowledgeable. They took wonderful care of my birds and taught me quite a bit about the care of my particular breed. I would recommend them to anyone with and exotic pet!
They are very caring. I wouldn't take my snakes anywhere else.
