Matt, Tito, Miya, Daniel, and Earl all took the time to help get me on an amazing bike. Their customer service and love for bikes was next level! They go the extra mile, making the effort to understand what you want out of cycling and help get you there. If you're looking for a team that cares about its customers, this is the place to go!

One star because no ZERO star rating. We drove 2 hours from Chattanooga to Atlanta (iykyk traffic) to buy TWO Levo SL carbon mountain bikes ($8k each, so $16,000 worth of mountain bikes), only to be lackadaisically told “Sorry. They’re still in boxes and they’d have to be assembled. You can come back next week”. Something they failed to inform us of when we called and verified they were in stock, and informed them we were coming from Chattanooga today. I’ve had the best experiences with Specialized Atlanta. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful; they truly go above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience in the store and on your bike. Huge shoutout to Earl who was especially helpful and went out of his way to help me choose the right size bike :)
