Mark is great! He has replaced 2 windshields for me now. Friendly, punctual and communicative both times. He cleaned up rust around the edges from a previous install and did a great job. And he helped make the insurance claim as easy as possible. If I need another windshield in the future, I will be calling Specialized Auto Glass.
Called, no answer and got a canned text response. No followup or callback. Take your business somewhere else.
They did a wonderful job and communicated clearly the price and when he would arrive. Price was extremely fair and coming to my home was an added bonus! Definitely recommend!!
One of my door windows unexpectedly shattered. I called Specialized Auto Glass the following morning and they replaced the shattered window the same day, and did a great job on cleanup. My windshield was also due for a replacement and they were able to replace it the following day. Both replacements were done at my own home for a great price. I highly recommend them.
Hands down one of the best shops I have ever worked with. They are extremely knowledgeable and were able to repair my windshield without a problem after another shop messed up an install that caused my windshield to leak. Throughout the whole process their communication was timely and detailed. I would highly recommend this shop for any windshield repairs.
