I brought my wife in and I have never seen her so upset after a doctors appointment. The receptionist was very nice but the Doctor was dismissive, condescending and completely unprofessional! Some compassion after her just coming out of surgery would have went a long way, that is just not what we got. As a husband I could not be more disappointed in the care. She was terrible! This was unbelievable to say the least. Stay away!
I love that I can easily get an appointment online. The place was very clean and welcoming. Dr Pinkerton was very professional and office attendant was friendly.
The front desk woman was very nice. But the doctor.. I have never left a doctor in tears before. Dr.Pinkerton was dismissive. Did not listen to me. Did not answer my questions. She spoke to me condescendingly and she simply, clearly did not care about me or my appointment. Nobody should have to leave the doctors office feeling helpless. Never returning to this office.
I’m not sure why my last review did not appear after I submitted it. So here it is again. I was unable to get in to see the physician for over a week even though I had a serious problem. Needless to say I don’t go there anymore because I need a doctor with some sort of backup for emergencies. I hope she makes some improvements.
Dr. Pinkerton is great! If you are looking for someone to relate to you on a personal level and give quality care she is the one. I was unsure about having to have a hysterectomy and she did a wonderful job. I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon who took a conservative approach to do exceptional work. I"m so glad I chose her over the original scheduled procedure in Albuquerque.
