I called in on a referral to schedule an appointment. They took my info and gave me a date and time. I took off the date from work and traveled an hour to arrive just to be told I don’t have an appointment and could not be seen. However they had all my info in their system. First impressions are important. Now I understand the low rating on Google.
I absolutely adore them. I love going and look forward to coming to get my cleanings. I am probably one of their youngest clients and I will be going for years to come. Only people I trust. I have been going to them for a little over 1 year and a half. I have had a bone graph which went amazing. I didn't feel a thing. I love love love them

Terrible front desk service! Especially the girl with the thick southern accent. She is the rudest! She knew delta was not going to be used after 3/19 and purposely scheduled me for 3/21. I know this because I called back and another lady told me she could get me in on 3/19. Bye bye
Dr. Santiago and Dr. Kazakos are two of the most caring medical professionals I have ever come across. This practice makes you feel at ease. Everything is explained at check out, including insurane information and treatment plan. All questions are always answered. I would reccomend either Doctor to anyone!!
