Dr Michael and team are fantastic! They are very efficient, I got there on time and was ushered in straight away and even received my report immediately! Highly recommmend and thank you :)
Very disappointing service. The receptionist has no patience at all – if your English is not perfect, it gets even worse. Emails come without any title, and the more polite you are, the more arrogant they become. Very unprofessional and rude attitude.
A professional practice. Dr Bethune had a lovely manner and I was very impressed that I could take my ultrasound report with me to a follow-up appointment I had schedule straight after. Reception staff were very efficient and friendly. Would recommend this practice to others.

I had a great experience at Specialist Women’s Ultrasound in Box Hill. Dr. Michael was absolutely fantastic — calm, professional, and very gentle throughout the whole process, which really put me at ease. The receptionist was very efficient and clearly good at her job, although she seemed quite serious and didn’t smile much. Still, everything was well organised. Please note, they do not bulk bill, so be prepared for out-of-pocket costs. Overall, highly recommend for anyone looking for high-quality care.
