This clinic has been brought by another firm, and the service is nothing like it used to be. I had tears rolling down my cheeks for my review. I tried to request my own records but the clinic was not forthcoming. I then raised issues around rightfully being able to request any records, under australian law. They gave some more records, but still not what I would expect. I will never return. Be careful!
Girl who answered phone whilst I tried in vain to explain that I had to cancel my appointment due to totally unexpected work commitments was rude and arrogant. You have lost a customer that could have potentially been long term. In response to your reply on 21/08/2026 Whether she was 'rude and arrogant' is subjective. As a person that had a lot of anxiety when it came to teeth, and wouldn’t let anyone touch my mouth, after my first visit I was put at ease. All procedures and treatment plan were explained in a kind, and gentle nature. By my third visit I was confident enough to not need any numbing for my future treatments, and I’m on to number five now. Highly recommend
