Disappointed.. booking message was 12pm then we went 11:25 so will be plenty of time. The receptionist was so rude she said we’re early the booking was 12:30pm. I saw him the message we been waiting for 2 hours. Avoid coming on this clinic!

Rudest receptionist ever!!
Staff here are rude and unprofessional with the inability to remove personal from professional. As a receptionist especially in a medical field dealing with vulnerable people, how they spoke to me and treated me was not acceptable. The receptionist is representation of NSW Health and the office. They did not assist with my enquiry and essentially, called me from the clinic's phone number to harass, bully and berate me over the phone about their personal beliefs without resolving my enquiry and now further adding to stress.
