We have been seeing Dr Nguyen for over 20tears with all of our children and he is now seeing our grandchildren. He is an amazing dentist who cares for the parents as much as the kids. He doesn’t recommend procedures unnecessarily and always considers the long term benefits/consequences of doing something. He takes time to explain everything so we can make informed decisions
My family has been using the practice for over 12 years. Both my children had previously been overwhelmed when visiting the dentist, however with Dr Chinh & his lovely staff, every visit was a good experience & my children no longer fear their regular check ups. They are always so accommodating & everything from a simple check up, to more invasive surgery has been explained to us in great detail before anything happens. Highly recommend this practice.
The service by both surgeon and admin staff is fantastic. They help you in anyway they can and they make your child feel safe and special.
Dr Chinh is a godsend. Extremely thorough, professional and experienced. I would not hesitate to recommend him to other parents, especially those with children who have special needs. We thank you so much for your hard work, beautiful nature and kindness with our boy Ashton. If I could double the stars I would ⭐
When cancelled the booking, when the doctor was not available, did not provide a re-booking date and put into the situation that I am not able to take service before the end of this year. It sucks.
