Best badge/ID holder and lanyard combo! Was super tired of having to bend down to swipe my access badge. The retractable badge clip on the breakaway lanyard is exactly what I was looking for. The retraction action is super smooth and quiet! Specialist ID came through with superior service and product selection!! Excellent customer service (shoutout to Itzel!) Had a product that broke on the first attempt so I reached out to the company. From the start they were quick, responsive, kind and very helpful! They even sent me free samples of different versions of the product I ordered. Overall very happy with customer service! :-)
