I love this company. Their customer service is amazing, real people. None of those hoops and hoops of automated messages and robots you see with other companies. They are inexpensive so you can buy lots for the whole office. I like the different options and they have 5 card holders which are really hard to find sometimes. I place an order once or twice a year and everybody in the office comes up to me for my 'secret stash' when they inevitably break the holders the badging office gave them. I emailed the company to let them know that I made a mistake when I ordered the white reels I did not check the back of the reel for I needed the clip on reel and they corrrcted my order at which I will receive back the correct reels in white in Clip on there response back was quick to correct my order . I have been using Specialist ID for all of my badge reel needs for YEARS. This company has helped my business succeed for over 6 years now. I have made several orders with this company for our hospital and can say all orders were always correct and delivered in a timely manner. I had to deal with customer service for the first time today and they were extremely helpful and polite with me changing up my order.
My package got lost in transit and when I emailed their customer service team the lady was very kind and she got a new package for me. The process was very quick and we were done within 2 hours of communicating through email. I highly recommend them.
