Specialist ID is BY FAR the BEST company I have found to work with in the 6 years that I have been a badge reel creator. The shipping is always very prompt and prices are unbeatable for the quality. I recently had a package lost in transit and customer service was quick to offer me a new shipment or full refund. Of course I wanted a new shipment because I am still going to use this company for all of my needs.
I made an order and it got lost in the mail. I sent an email and was contacted back within 24 hours. Alexandra looked up my order number and found that it was lost in the mail.I was given the option to have the order recent or refunded, which I really appreciated. I asked for it to be re-shipped. It arrived safely via FedEx. I was thrilled with the customer service as a first time customer. I will absolutely order from them again.
My first experience with this business was excellent. They have products we need at a great price but as a non-profit I wasn't sure how to set up an account to reflect this. A five minute conversation with Alexandra resolved my questions and made it easy to get what I needed.
Great Customer Service! There was a shipping mishap with my very small order, but regardless of the small $$$ size of the order, they express shipped a replacement immediately to ensure I was taken care of. Great company!
