I requested a sample from the website and was contacted same day, then received it a few days later! We worked together to customize my badge buddy to match font used for other badge buddies our hospital utilizes. Communication was timely throughout the entire process. Production was very quick and they got it shipped within 1-2 days of my order. Quality is top notch! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Will definitely use them again when I need more product!
Specialist ID is BY FAR the BEST company I have found to work with in the 6 years that I have been a badge reel creator. The shipping is always very prompt and prices are unbeatable for the quality. I recently had a package lost in transit and customer service was quick to offer me a new shipment or full refund. Of course I wanted a new shipment because I am still going to use this company for all of my needs.

I made an order and it got lost in the mail. I sent an email and was contacted back within 24 hours. Alexandra looked up my order number and found that it was lost in the mail.I was given the option to have the order recent or refunded, which I really appreciated. I asked for it to be re-shipped. It arrived safely via FedEx. I was thrilled with the customer service as a first time customer. I will absolutely order from them again.
