would not recommend this company … had my eyes tested by Phil who ended being quite a bully and dismissive when I said that the end result of the lenses they put into a new pair of frames which I had bought from them along with replacing replacing lenses in my spare pair of glasses just didn't feel quite right. The vision wasn't as clear as it should have been . Instead of addressing the problem he became very dismissive and wasn't interested in trying to sort out the problem I paid over $1600 for this !!!! Saw Tiana at Subiaco with my glasses stuck together with superglue! She was amazing, after 10yrs + of going to another company who stuck me on machines with no real effort Tiana diagnosed me properly. Thank you very much it is really appreciated! ☺️
I had a great experience with Tiana during my recent eye test. She accurately diagnosed my binocular vision problem and explained everything clearly. My new prescription is a significant improvement from my last pair. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for high quality eye care.
Awesome staff and service! My old glasses frame broke. Denise at Specialeyes came to my rescue. Within an hour of walking into the store I received not only a comprehensive eye test, but a new set of spectacles with lenses fitted! Really impressed and appreciative. Thanks
