If a business ever lived up to its name Special Touch Florist most certainly did so. After the flowers were delivered I texted them about an issue with one of the arrangements, which was probably not their fault. Nevertheless, at the time I didn’t know how to fix it but I could tell they took pride in their work so I reached out. The response was immediate and very apologetic. Received flowers for my 10th wedding anniversary. Delivery was great, the arrangement was gorgeous and very fragrant - however the hydrangeas began browning very badly the day I received them and they wilted/died within a few days.

Special Touch Flowers created the most beautiful floral arrangements for my grandmother’s celebration of life. Every piece was elegant, thoughtful, and truly added a sense of warmth to the day. Alfred at Special Touch was wonderful. I was calling from out of town and he made the selection and transaction easy and quick. They also were able to deliver same day finishing with a delivery photo of the arrangement. Thank you for doing such a great job, would 10 out of 10 use again! Thanks again
