Stopped in 20 minutes before I was getting married on a whim, hoping to find some white flowers to add to my hair. The very friendly lady who greeted me said she'd step into the back and see what she had...came back a few minutes later with a whole garden she had snipped for me! I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone who wants some nice flowers

My sister and I ordered flowers, and we both were attempting to pick them up from the store for our mother's birthday. Neither of us could get there by the time the store closed, and Special Touch delivered the flowers for us (at a reasonable rate and last minute!). When we arrived at her house after our lunch together with mom, the flowers were where they said, and they were PERFECT! Don't use this florist if you want to surprise anyone with a delivery. They call ahead and tell the person they have a delivery and to make sure they are home. To avoid that, I told florist yesterday the person WOULD be home but because they didn't answer their cell, they didn't deliver the flowers as promised. Now they are getting delivered a day later and one less day for the recipient to enjoy them. The woman on the phone couldn't care less. Hopefully the flowers are better than their customer service.
