Just wanted to say thank you to Vic and his staff for putting up a store within an hour of talking with him for sectional shirts. He was able to do a turn around within a week at an unbelievable price!

Ordered a medium tshirt for my daughter and the shirt we received looks and fits more like an xl. When we tried to resolve the issue and get a replacement, we were met with “no one else complained so the sizing must be fine”. I won’t be ordering from a company who doesn’t put their customer first.

Above and beyond! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had great success with Special Tees from apparel to banners for our school’s booster club. I’ve worked with other businesses but Victor and his team go the extra mile to make sure everything is just right!
My hospital system ordered logo gear. Was told we would receive first week of November, then pushed back to second week. Last Friday I was told they were finished and had to be sorted and we would receive by this friday (today). Today I was told it will be about two more weeks as we had “a lot of customization”. Lousy customer service and terrible deadline management. Will look elsewhere for future logo purchases.
Extremely frustrated! I ordered a soccer jacket for my son on September 9...and paid for it when I placed the order. I received no updates or communication until early January when I was informed that the size we ordered was no longer available. I responded on January 6, (more than two weeks ago) requesting a different size, and got no reponse and STILL don't have the jacket. Terrible customer service.
