This company is a good company to work for. I left the company to go work for another company that ended up not being a good company and currently I am waiting to start with DOC. I needed a job while I waited for DOC and Special Security Force told me to come the same day I called and pick up my uniform. They have always treated me fairly and been there for me when I needed them. I will be joining The Department of Corrections and they still hired me back knowing I was going to be a short timer.

i have just started with this company and my over all thoughts of this company is they have great values that they instill in this company and i couldnt ask to work for better employers

We contacted several security companies and most of them we could not reach anyone by telephone. My assistant spoke to two companies that did not want to send a guard and another company told us to call in the morning and later I found out it was an answering machine. I called Special Security Force and they sent a guard and a supervisor. The supervisor was James and he made me feel good. I felt they cared. Our property utilized Special Security Force for 1 year about a year ago and then a smooth talking Mike Octor wined and dined our property managers and we switched because they cave us a lower price and made promises. He lied and our property went back to one of the worst properties for crime. Arizona Security Agency was a nightmare!!! Liked what I saw of this company, sounded good and they delivered in a big way. My business in located in a bad part of town and I had prostitutes, transients and bad people causing me a lot of problems. To the point where customers did not want to get out of there car. These guys came in immediately and made 4 ARRESTS and got rid of all the transients. The last company did nothing for an entire week. We had a party set up and hired 2 guards to handle the parking lots and 1 armed guard for near the door. These guys looked good, acted very professional and did what I asked. It was hot and they never stopped working the parking lot. The party went off without any problems and I had so many people comment on the vehicle that these guys had parked near the entrance. Everyone thought that I hired the Police. Thanks guys and I would suggest your company to anyone.
